Great hotel with amenities. Convenient location, walking distance from night market and located at a very central location with lots of restaurants easily can order via grab app. Nice gym, yoga place. Had a pool too but did not get chance to swim. Staff was friendly and helpful.

三人行，定的套房，房間很寬敞，空調製冷不錯，停車也方便，離週六晚上的瓜鎮夜市很近，走路十分鐘，住十五樓，窗外景色還行。

Best is the service staff, especially the operation boss Mr Nathan. Nathan was super helpful & always on his toes looking to help guests. It’s an old hotel, but given the relative reasonable price for a 33sqm premium sea view room and full amenities, the overall is very good. Will come back again!

Room: I would say the room itself is fine, quite modern and I LOVE the view, really pretty tower in front of us, but the tv is wayyyy too small for a room this size, we have to squint my eyes to watch a tv. Hygiene & Condition: The hotel is obviously old, the panels and metal parts in the shower are all rusted, definitely not the most hygienic stay, there was a cockroach at some point of our stay and that really put me off. They have both a shower and a bath which is nice to have. Service & Buffet: The breakfast was not very tasty, more for Indian palate I presume, it was very chaotic and the service is really bad, we asked for a fork, apparently there was some dessert forks at the buffet area, but we didn’t see, then the waitress end up shoving the whole container of dessert forks in our face with attitude.. bad service I would say. I would not really stay here but location wise is pretty nice if you would like to explore Kuah Town.

the hotel has nice lobby.. fast check in and check out... however it only has 3 lifts and each lift can only fit maybe 6 people in one go... so waiting for lift can take longggg time especially when the hotel has higher occupancy.. the room just okay.. not much to wow about and gym equipment can be added more since the gym room are quite spacious .

2ベットルームの部屋が必要だったのでこのホテルを選択しました。周りにはレストランやショップやコンビニもあり、タクシーも簡単に見つかります。また、アイランドホッピングやサンセットクルーズの集合地點にも近くて良かったです。

住了兩天，在瓜鎮，房間挺大有浴缸，兩天一千一不含早餐。早餐一大一小約100人民幣，中國人吃不慣覺得不值。兩個房間中間有兩道門隔開，不隔音，如果隔壁看電視聲音會明顯。海景房窗戶不可開，理解。整體中規中矩吧，孩子玩了兩次四樓游泳池，不亦樂乎！

這個酒店的大床是兩個單人床拼的；沒有設施中講到的無障礙淋浴間，衹有一個很髒的浴缸，孩子上下很麻煩；馬桶也不是酒店設施中所説的智能馬桶，是一個極其簡陋的出租屋馬桶，大人沖馬桶都需要很大力去扳。房間桌面全是黑乎乎的，自己擦了很久才乾淨。然而這些我都勉強克服了。離譜的是，我和朋友家在訂房網站上分別訂的大床房和雙床房，價格是不一樣的，辦入住的時候，朋友説儘量安排兩間房靠近一些，之前我們入住的三家酒店都是如此説的，結果這家直接給了我們兩間雙床房，去前台交涉，前台摔東西，説不是我們要求住近的嗎？我説近一些，但不是要求換房型呀，而且如果換房型了是不是應該知會我們一聲，徵求一下我們的同意再換，而不是沒有任何通知就直接換了。前台就凶巴巴地説大床房沒了，我説那沒有房間是你們酒店的問題，你們應該積極解決，要麼升房，要是降級了，你肯定要徵求旅客意見，同時要把多的錢退還。結果前台説，大床房和雙床房價格一樣。我就奇怪了，我拿出我和朋友的訂單給她看，明明有價格差，她就直接説就是一樣的，要我自己拼一下大床。我不同意，要求要麼退錢，要麼換回我的大床房。於是前台就更生氣了，不説英語了，直接馬來語一頓輸出。由於我的堅持，最後又説有大床房給我了。

I used to stay at this hotel every month for 5 days from year 2011 to year 2016 for business 訂房網站s. After all this years, all the room amenities and furnishings remain exactly the same. Before booking, I specifically called to inquire about any rooms upgrades, and been told they had been fully renovated and upgraded after the pandemic. I was shocked to see the room conditions. Honestly, I regret choosing this hotel.
